Falling In Love With Yourself

Confidence in a woman is the No.1 attraction for men. But a lot of girls can lose confidence, either because they're with a long-term partner (and stop making an effort,) or they're single and the dating scene is too challenging.

You've probably forgotten how amazing you are, right? And if you don't think you're amazing, then why would anybody else?

So how do you get your mojo back?

Easy, by taking the time to fall in love with yourself.

This means really looking at yourself from the outside in, the same way other people do when they first meet you.

What kind of aura do you give off?

What signals are you sending to potential partners when you're around them?

Has your long-term partner stopped looking at you, period?

You know the feeling you get when you meet a guy and there's something magnetic about him, just the way he is, the way he behaves, the confidence he exudes?

Well guys are looking for the same things in you.

There are four key elements to falling in love with yourself:

1. Self-knowledge

Simply knowing who you are, what you want and how to get it. v Are you happy in your job? Do you have ambitions? What kind of relationship do you want? Are you living your life to its fullest potential?

If you're hesitating over any of these questions, then you need to work on your self-knowledge.

2. Self-esteem

Having the confidence to make the right decisions and go after what you want. Your emotional state dictates almost everything you do.

It's no use appearing confident on the outside if, inside, you're a nervous wreck.

Gaining the confidence to ignore the opinions of others and just go after the things that make you happy, is a great way to fall in love with yourself.

What's more, others will see that confidence and feel compelled to be around you.

3. Self-care

Looking after your health and physicality says a lot about the person you are.

Staying active, eating a good diet and being proactive about preventing illness before it happens, means you won't have to worry about getting sick.

This gives your brain and nervous system a rest and lets you concentrate on the pursuit of pleasure, instead.

4. Self-trust

Knowing yourself intimately means you're able to trust your instincts and make decisions which are more likely to reap rewards.

You don't have to be sure of exactly what the outcome will be, you just have to feel confident enough with the process so you can make an accurate judgement call.

Should you take that other job? Should you talk to the cute guy at the bar who's been looking at you all night?

How about a total makeover, or jumping on a plane to that exotic location you saw in the brochure?

Men don't like women who are clingy, needy, or cannot make their minds up, so being able to demonstrate your control of a situation and willingness to take risks once in a while, is a huge turn-on.

If you're able to get a handle on these four key elements, you're easily going to fall in love with yourself and be more aware of the things that turn you on and, more importantly, the things which turn you off.

It's a myth that guys like women who depend on them. In fact, the opposite is true. Falling in love with yourself can show potential dates what it would be like to date you.

It will also remind existing partners of the reasons they fell for you in the first place.

By removing your own fears and insecurities, you're opening a big wide door ready for the right guy to walk through.
